Return & Exchange Policy

At Demand & Beyond, we always seek to satisfy  our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases to meet and fulfill their desires.

That is why you do Not have to pay any money before inspect your order, also you have to know that You have the full right to inspect your order before receiving it from the shipping representative and decide if it meets your needs or not.

So please inspect the order carefully before receiving it from the shipping representative and make sure that it fulfills all your requirements.

Refunds:

We do not accept refunds as long as you should have inspected your item and checked it carefully before paying for it.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. (this option is valid only for 24 Hours after receiving your shipment.
 If you have a problem and you need to exchange  the item, send us an email at {support@demand-beyond.com}, with your order number and the reason for your request attached with the image of damaged item.

To be eligible for the exchange, the item(s) must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. If the item(s) do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. If you have a problem and you need to exchange  the item, send us an email at {support@demand-beyond.com}, with your order number and the reason for your request attached with the image of damaged item.

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. If you request an exchange for a defective item(s), we will send you another similar item(s) if it is still available in our warehouse, if the item(s) is out of stock you have the right to change with any other item from your choice..  . If you have a problem and you need to exchange  the item, send us an email at {support@demand-beyond.com}, with your order number and the reason for your request attached with the image of damaged item.

Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions. Please note that we charge a fee of 60 L.E. for all exchange requests to cover the cost of shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse.

The exchange process takes 5-7 business days to complete after your request. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
